E TECH ONE presents SENSE solutions — water treatment driven by advanced clean technologies. Four configurations — H, SP, HW, and CT — cover domestic, building, and industrial water.
The system acts on the circuit electrochemically: current at the electrodes changes local conditions in the water, so mineral scale, corrosion, discoloration, and microbiological load can be addressed without a chemical dosing program. A designated application, driven by AI, monitors the site and holds that process in range.
How the treatment works
The circuit is the working medium.
In electrochemical treatment, water itself participates. At the electrodes, water-splitting and related surface reactions create local alkaline and acidic zones. Hardness ions can be encouraged to precipitate away from heat-transfer surfaces and fixtures. Metallurgy in the loop is held in a more stable electrochemical state. Iron and manganese that color the supply can be oxidized and collected. Oxidants generated in situ support disinfection — without a tank of product being metered into the pipe.
Scale
Local pH at the cathode favors precipitation of calcium and magnesium as solids that can be managed in the system rather than plated onto heaters, tile, and exchangers.
Corrosion
Stabilizing the electrochemical environment of the circuit reduces attack on copper, steel, and associated plant metallurgy.
Brown water
Iron, manganese, and sediment that stain fixtures are addressed in the treated loop before they reach the point of use.
Disinfection
In-situ oxidants generated at the electrodes support microbiological control of the circuit without a chemical dosing program.

Lise Elgressy is the CEO and Founder of E TECH ONE, a company she established approximately five years ago to bring innovative, sustainable water technologies to the American market. E TECH ONE provides advanced water treatment and water-management solutions designed to improve water quality, protect plumbing and infrastructure, reduce scaling and corrosion, extend the life of equipment, and help conserve one of our planet’s most precious resources: water.
As an experienced real estate broker, Lise understands firsthand that water quality and water management go far beyond what comes out of the faucet. They can directly affect the condition, maintenance, longevity, operating costs, and ultimately the value of a property. That perspective led her to recognize the potential of these technologies not only for residential and commercial real estate, but across industry, government, hospitality, healthcare, and large-scale infrastructure.
The technologies presented by E TECH ONE originated in Israel more than fifty years ago, where water scarcity helped drive extraordinary innovation in water management and conservation. Lise as well chose to champion these technologies in the United States because she believes the need has never been greater.
